Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account or using any services offered by ace81s, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or continue using the ace81s platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and ace81s ("Company", "We", "Platform"). They apply to all use of the platform, including access via the website, mobile application, and any other interfaces provided by ace81s.

Member Eligibility

To register and use ace81s services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• There are no local legal restrictions in your area of residence that prohibit participation in online betting activities.
• Not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any party directly involved in the operations of ace81s.
• Has never had an account closed by ace81s due to fraud, manipulation, or prior breach of terms.

Ace81s reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Identity Verification (KYC)

• A valid copy of Malaysian MyKad or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 3 months)

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) ace81s account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. ace81s does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except in circumstances approved by the ace81s management team. ace81s reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while KYC verification or security investigations are in progress.

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by ace81s are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all ace81s bonuses:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the rollover requirements have been met.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time period — bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds only (without a cash deposit) may not qualify towards rollover requirements for certain games.
• Ace81s reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or promotion manipulation.
• Any individual found using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will forfeit all associated winnings.

Ace81s VIP Rewards Programme

The ace81s VIP Rewards Programme is automated and based on cumulative deposit amounts. VIP status is lifetime and will not be downgraded regardless of changes in activity level. Game Rules

All games on ace81s — including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other international leagues), live casino, slots, 4D/6D lottery, roulette, badminton, and e-sports — are subject to game-specific rules available in each game's help section. The following general rules apply to all games:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game, ace81s reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the member.
• Any bets placed after the official market closure will be automatically voided and the stake returned.
• The Random Number Generator (RNG) used across all casino games has been certified by independent testing bodies and cannot be manipulated.
• For live sports events, the official match result recognised by the relevant sporting authority will serve as the final reference.

Prohibited Member Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited for all ace81s members. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or closure without refund of remaining balance:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Placing matched bets or arbitrage bets intended to exploit odds discrepancies in a manner that violates ace81s policies.
• Sharing or selling your ace81s account to another party, or using another person's account.
• Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is threatening, abusive, obscene, or unlawful through the ace81s platform.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or interfere with ace81s security systems in any way.
• Providing false information during registration or account verification.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities using the ace81s platform.
• Opening an account on behalf of an individual who has been blocked or refused registration by ace81s.

Account Closure & Suspension

Ace81s reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document
• Suspected fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Member's own request to close the account
• Members who are on the self-exclusion list

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the ace81s support team. Prior to closure, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member via the payment method used for the last deposit, subject to KYC verification.

Liability Limits

Ace81s shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet or network service disruptions beyond ace81s's control
• Inaccurate information provided by the member during registration or when placing bets
• Betting losses that form a normal part of gambling activity
• Account access by a third party due to the member's failure to safeguard their password
• Any business or investment decisions made based on information found on the ace81s platform

Ace81s's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

Ace81s respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting the personal data shared with us. The collection, use, and storage of member personal data is managed in accordance with ace81s Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

In summary, ace81s collects data solely for the following purposes: identity verification, transaction processing, service improvement, account-related communications, and compliance with legal requirements. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Responsible Gambling

Ace81s takes our responsibility for member well-being seriously. We provide the following tools to help you gamble responsibly:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits – can be configured from account settings
• Loss Limits – set a maximum loss limit over a defined period
• Session Limits – maximum playing time per session
• Cooling-Off Period – a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months
